This lovely map of Bath, engraved in 1851 by John Rapkin and published by J. Tallis & Co, looks surprisingly similar to Bath of today! The Circus and Royal Crescent are still there, of course, as is Bath Abbey in the bottom right corner.
But what's missing is the Roman Baths, which was only completed in 1897!
This incredibly detailed old map of Bath would look great on the wall of someone lives in, or has a soft spot for Bath.
