This is a rather unusual map of Scotland's geological (rock) and palaeontological (fossil) regions. What's even more unusual is that it was created a long time ago in 1854, engraved by A.K. Johnston from the notes and recordings of Edward Forbes. This map measures 16x20 inches (40x50cm).
This is a lovely, highly detailed map that would look great on any wall - and it would make a lovely Christmas gift, too.
There is a larger map of the entire British Isles - get in touch if you'd like a print.
You can order the map itself, or you can order a framed version. The frame is a nice, simple black frame that really makes our maps pop out when on a wall.
