I am a 5-star Etsy seller with 1000s of sales and reviews. This is the cheapest place to buy my maps, which I guarantee are the finest you will find anywhere (I've been doing this since 1984).

Almost all of my maps look amazing at large sizes (2m+) and I can frame them. Contact me to discuss your specific needs.

An unusual map of England & Wales, showing a highly detailed view of the geology (rock formations) of the two nations. This map is available in sizes from 12x16 inches (30x40cm), to 16x20 inches (40x50cm) and 18x24 inches (46x60cm), all the way up to 40x50 inches (100x125cm).

This geologist map was created by Roderick Impey Murchison and published by Chapman & Hall in 1843.

There is an incredible level of detail on this map, with dozens of annotations, towns, and other landmarks. It is incredibly rare to find a detailed, full colour map from the 1840s. No matter what size map you get, you'll be able to read all of the smallest place names.

You can order the map itself, or you can order a framed version. The frame is a nice, simple black frame that really makes our maps pop out when on a wall. Please get in touch if you'd like a different frame. We use super-clear perspex in our frames - it's less reflective than glass and better for transport. Please contact me if you would like to frame one of the larger prints for a custom order.

Please note: The 24x30 inch map will have white edges on the left and right that can be easily snipped off with scissors or a hobby knife. Or this might help you with mounting on a frame! (The other sizes will have the map going all the way to the edge of the paper, as per the listing images.)

You can also have this fantastic map printed on a face mask / neck gaiter / face shield, which could help prevent the spread of coronavirus/covid 19: https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/794859533/english-face-mask-neck-gaiter-snood-with

If you're looking for a geological map of the entire British Isles, take a look at this similar map: https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/820883964/geological-palaeontological-map-of

And we have a geological map of just Scotland, too: https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/749329212/geological-palaeontological-map-of

All of my maps are well packaged and sent in a rugged tube if unframed, or surrounded by foam if framed.

I try to send out all maps within 1 or 2 days of receiving your order, though some products (like face masks or mugs) can take longer to make.

If you select the free worldwide shipping option, you can usually expect to receive your map around 10 days after you order. It may be faster or slower, depending on the impact of coronavirus in your country.

If you select Express Delivery at checkout your order will be sent by courier (Fedex, DHL, UPS, Parcelforce) and will usually arrive in 2-3 days.

Customers in the US, Australia and Canada: Your map will be sent from a printer or framer in your country, which means you'll get your map sooner, you won't pay import duties, and we'll put less CO2 into the atmosphere. I have worked with some great printers and framers around the world for years - so don't worry, your map will still look amazing!

My maps are extremely high quality reproductions of original maps.

I source original, extremely rare maps from libraries, auction houses and private collections around the world, restore them at my London workshop, and then use specialist giclée inks and printers to create beautiful maps that look even better than the original.

My maps are printed on thick matte (not glossy) paper that feels high quality. In technical terms the paper weight/thickness is 10mil/190gsm. It's perfect for framing.

Please contact me if you're looking for a print on canvas or cotton rag.
