Our collection features maps that have undergone the dramatic Unique 3D™ process — a complex, trademarked method involving dozens of steps and many hours of work to transform a flat 2D map into a richly detailed relief-style image.

By combining land elevation data — and in some cases ocean bathymetry — with historic and modern maps, we enhance terrain features so that mountains, coastlines and valleys appear to rise and fall with realistic highlights and shadows. The result is a highly detailed 3D-style effect that adds depth and presence while remaining a flat print on paper or canvas.
