City Hall Park anchors the civic heart, with Park Row radiating toward newspaper offices and municipal institutions, while Fulton, John, Liberty, and Maiden Lane knit the financial and retail worlds together. Chambers and Barclay Streets stride westward toward the Hudson River, their cross-streets serving warehouses and forwarding houses on West and Washington Streets. Ferries streak the East River, tugs shepherd barges, and ocean-going packets nose toward deepwater, capturing a waterfront economy at full throttle—precision detail that makes this a particularly informative city map of public life and private enterprise.

Broadway, the city’s great axis, threads the composition from the Battery past Canal, Grand, and Spring, alive with traffic and storefront signs. Around Prince and Mercer Streets, cast-iron lofts rise in fashionable ranks, the Metropolitan Hotel standing proudly at the Broadway and Prince intersection as a beacon of hospitality and theater-bound society. Rogers, Peet & Co. flags its own locations along this promenade of shoppers and flâneurs, embedding the brand into the geography of urban desire. Nearby, Church, Hudson, Varick, and Leonard Streets reveal a workaday landscape of printers, wholesalers, and carriage houses, demonstrating how commerce cascaded outward from Broadway into a finely grained, interdependent grid.

Uptown, the map celebrates green relief and residential aspiration. Houston Street marks the transition to a more regular grid, beyond which Madison Square gathers hotels, clubs, and emporia into a genteel node, while Central Park opens like a pastoral theater—meadows, copses, and transverse roads inscribed with lyrical clarity. Mi marco estándar es un marco de madera de fresno negro estilo galería. Es simple y tiene un aspecto bastante moderno. Mi marco estándar tiene alrededor de 20 mm (0.8 in) de ancho.

Mis mapas están impresos en papel de archivo mate (no brillante) sin ácido que se siente de muy alta calidad y casi como una tarjeta. En términos técnicos, el peso/grosor del papel es de 10 mil/200 g/m². Es perfecto para enmarcar.
